PORTION OF MY PRESENTATION FOR YOUR REFERENCE

STAGE 1

Creative Design + 3D Renderings

Various meetings were held face to face with the client in order to achieve the design and aesthetic that fit the Candywirez vision and brand.

I developed a couple mood boards to help with topics of discussion such as color scheme, materials, and consumer flow.

Once a better idea of color scheme and desired-look was achieved, I created a three dimensional rendering reflecting all topics discussed.

The presentation included a detailed budget showing cost.

STAGE 2

Budget Creation + Expense Tracking

Once the design was finalized, I began to build an "actuals" budget which showed costs of every item purchased or rented. The document was live so the client was able to view at any time.

In efforts to stay on the same page, I created proposals for items I bought including wall treatments and flooring. This is entirely up to each client.

STAGE 3

Vendor Sourcing, Outreach + Communication

Getting the look right is very important. I set up in-person meeting with potential fabricators and vendors in order to make the best partnership for this project.

I was in constant communication with each vendor to ensure the booth was built to the spec requirements of the trade show whilst coordinating labor, trucking, storage plans etc. to stay within budget.

STAGE 4

On Site Management + Execution

In efforts to create a streamlined process for load in, I created a production manual with all the trade show regulations, timeline, contact sheet, and locations map.

Although I was not on site for this load-in, I was in constant communication with the vendor and tradeshow logistics company to make sure the build was completed and done so efficiently.

I arrived at the trade show in time for product and decor set up the day before and remained on location for all dates up until load out.

STAGE 5

Project Close Out

As the project came to an end, I updated the "actuals" document with final costs reflected. In addition, I sent the accountant all invoices and matching receipts to show proof of costs.

The booth is currently being stored in an off-site warehouse and will be used at more upcoming shows.
